Applied Feb 12. The process spanned 6 weeks and 4 interview rounds. While the team (Janna, Jon, Billie, Travis, and Viraj) was professional, the final rejection cited a lack of "technical depth" in specific areas that were core to the role.
It is frustrating to spend over a month in a process only to be told at the final stage that my background doesn't fit a primary requirement. This could have been vetted in the initial recruiter screen or the first hiring manager round. I’d advise candidates to clarify specific technical "must-haves" early to avoid a long, unproductive process.

Interview process was great! The recruiter was lovely and was really proactive with updates. Everyone who I met was great - went through x5 stages. A screening with the recruiter, x2 interviews (separately) with managers, a meeting with another APAC team member and then a meeting with HR.
