Everything went well during my first interview. It seems a good company and culture. I was mislead. They told me I was being considered as a candidate after a week of my first interview.However, they took forever to get back to me. I was told I wasn’t in their top candidates after 3 weeks making me waste my time and my hope .In other words, they meant ,sorry you are dumb and you are not good enough for us. I found out not because they reached out to me when they promised to no, I was told that after I send an email asking any updates. I was three weeks thinking I had a chance because I really felt confident of my skills. Not a good experience. Recruiters think they can play with our hope, emotions and time.
