I applied for the position and the very next day I was offered an interview, I accepted. I interviewed with the IT Manager which was a very positive experience. The next day I was offered a 2nd interview. I interviewed with 2 members of the team (separately), also a very positive experience.
I did not hear anything for a week so I logged in to see my Zoom application. My application said "not selected". I emailed the internal recruiter who I worked with the whole time and she did not respond, she instead forwarded my email to another member of their team who told me that I was not selected, that they already emailed me, and that they have a new application system so the email might not have gone through. I asked for feedback from the interviews because I thought they went very well and I was ignored.
I thought the interview process at Zoom was very straightforward and I enjoyed speaking with everyone, but I thought the end process of letting me know they weren't going to hire me could have been handled much better. I think asking for interview feedback is a legitimate question and to be "ghosted" is very rude and unprofessional.
