Took almost 3 week , i answered all questions 3rd week i was waiting for their reply nobody contacted me , when i asked they said we decided not to proceed with you further. I asked why I was rejected they didn't provide any info.
HR team doesn't care about candidates , they waste ppl time and won't even explain why they didn't select you.

It was very difficult unable to answer any questions interview is totally waste and long process plesse don't interview is a structured conversation where employers assess skills, experience, and personality. It allows candidates to showcase abilities, communicate effectively, and determine if the role and organization suit them.

It is Okay. I do not find the friendly atmosphere. Especially, the people who taken my first round. There were two people joined. And, work environment is also not nice 7 days 12 hours. This is like worst. The manager also seems not friendly.
