Terrible. Went through 3 rounds of phone interviews, got a verbal offer only for it to be taken back once I politely tried to renegotiate my salary. The salary that was offered was at least 5k below what other CSMs make on average. Not to mention, the recruiter was not communicative. He did not get back to me the next day as promised. Instead he did not get back to me for about 2 weeks after giving me the offer only to be told the manager was looking at other candidates behind my back. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Everything was smooth until the final round (out of 4 interviews). I was ghosted and I had to f/u with HR to see if there was a decision and they told me they decided to move forward with the other applicant. If I never f/u, they will just ghosted me. Please respect candidate's time and update them accordingly, specially when they made it to the last round and are waiting for your response. Also, 4 interviews is excessive (HR, Manager, team member and Director).
