After I clarified, they proceeded to share their screen and asked me to critique the design and suggest changes. After investing significant time and effort into the process, I received a generic rejection email a month after the final interview. There was no feedback, no acknowledgment of the time commitment, and the tone was cold and impersonal. For a company that puts candidates through five rounds, I expected more professionalism and basic courtesy. The experience left me questioning how they value people, both internally and externally.
