The process was as follows: 1. Applied Online 2. Reached out by Recruiter 3. Connected with Sr Manager 4. SQL test (not going to this stage) 5. Follow with the panel (not going to this stage) The overall process looked simple. However, there seems to be a disconnect. The manager looks more authoritarian and decided on my leadership skills in <12 minutes.
