McKenzie provided interview preparation information for each round and feedback every step of the way. The role evolved and ended up not being a fit for me, but even then, McKenzie followed up with me quickly and communicated transparently with feedback. She is the best recruiter I've worked with. The interview process with a company is (in my view) a great window into a company's culture. Even though the role didn't work out for me, the ZoomInfo interview process showed me that is a company I would want to join.
