Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ZoomInfo (Rockville, MD).
Entrevista
Started with recruiter then director. Both were very nice and efficient I didn’t make it past director phase I believe the next phase was a capstone. They were very communicative throughout the entire process

I had a great experience with the ZoomInfo interview process for the Account Manager role. I worked closely with McKenzie Menacho, who was incredibly thorough, proactive, and professional from start to finish. She laid out the full process clearly from the beginning and followed it exactly as described, which made everything feel smooth and transparent. McKenzie was a great point of contact — super responsive, always available to answer questions, and acted as a true partner throughout the process. The pacing was just right, and I felt supported and well-prepared at every stage thanks to her guidance and communication.

They asked me to demonstrate my discovery skills through a mock presentation, where I put together a slide deck tailored to a specific sales scenario.

Initial call with my direct manager, after an employee referral. I received an automatic decline despite him saying I would be going through the process only to be contacted by an internal recruiter, who mentioned she would be scheduling interviews. No mention of the automatic decline. Politely returned her call with some questions; such as asking for a specific job description, estimated OTE and outline of the process. No call back. Took them four weeks to have another recruiter reach out to schedule an interview with one manager, which went well and another interview was scheduled shortly after. That interview went well, I followed up again for some sort of clarity into the process as I was interviewing with a competitor as well. No feedback despite asking, no answers to my questions, I ended up signing an offer with a competitor only to receive an automatic decline four weeks later. Disorganized messy disappointing procedure with little to no communication given, and the automated decline was the cherry on top. Expected much more respect for a fairly senior position and very glad I went with my instincts. Would not recommend.
