Respectfully, please hire better recruiters. I was ghosted after being told they could not get a hold of me, despite clearly preparing for the interview. Prior to the meeting, I sent over a detailed 90-day plan, my résumé, and my portfolio. I called the number provided, left a voicemail, and followed up by email to explain that I had been sent to voicemail. I received no response. Weeks later, the same recruiter contacted me again with a new interview invitation and no acknowledgment of our previous interaction. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability reflects poorly on Zoominfo.
