First there was a phone interview to check basic fit for the position. After that I received a home assignment which was to create a web page. After reviewing the assignment, more personal interviews with HR, the team leader and the CEO

The first call was general and short while the second call was with the tech lead and was more on the professional side of things. They were overall very nice and even though my interview went horribly as I was unprepared they were accomedating and informative.
