Sourced me through LinkedIn. Phone screen was extremely short. The next call required I transcribe audio as a test. Not sure who still transcribes... you can upload that into the internet and get it done. Anyways, that’s not for me.

Entrevista
I applied for an EA position, had a recruiter reach out for an initial interview that went well. She asked to set up another call that got scheduled. On the day of the interview she never called, sent no email, there was no communication at all. I sent an email to follow up and reschedule the call, there was no response. It shows the lack of respect for someone time, sending an email takes minimal time. Ghosting potential employees doesn't help to hire or retain talent if this is how you're treating them right out the gate.
