The CEO talks a lot about ethics and culture, they should look into their hiring standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering an interview with this company to think twice. My experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. After spending over three months in the interview process, it became clear that the entire process was insincere. The role I applied for didn’t appear to even exist, and the recruiter provided misleading information, including inaccurate compensation figures. Despite going through several rounds of interviews and even having my references contacted, I was ghosted with no follow-up or closure. The whole ordeal was unnecessarily stressful and an immense waste of time. If you value your time and effort, I’d recommend exploring opportunities elsewhere.
