Based on my experience, I’d think twice before applying to Zscaler. In summary, the interview process was very time consuming and despite very positive feedback along the way, it ended leaving me hanging with no closure. I would not recommend that anybody put themselves through the process unless they were confident that they would be offered a job due to a great fit for the position and/or an influential internal connection at the company who was advocating for them. To be more specific, I had 10 interviews over a 4 week period, starting with a Recruiter and going above the VP level. Before the last one, I was told that an offer was looking likely and salary was discussed in more detail. After the last interview I waited patiently for news, then reached out to Recruiting for an update several times over the next month. But I never heard from them.
