The interview involved three phases: first, an interview with two Associate Media Directors, followed by an interview with the VP of Media Integration, and finally, an interview with the VP of Human Resources.

Time consuming. I had to interview with at least 8 people. First with all of the heads of the departments, then with the owners, and finally with the head of human resources.
