My interview was very laid back because I had already been working with the company for a few years as a sales associate so they mostly were asking me questions of how I would train new employees and how I would give helpful feedback. They also had me do a mock training where they pretended to be the sales associate and they would have me give them critiques which was very helpful

Called in for an in-person interview, one on one with store manager. Sat in front of the store on a couch and went over my background. Chill atmosphere, wore a button down with jeans.
