I never go out of my way to write about interviews with companies, but this one has been heavy on my mind for the past few months. The call was about 1 1/2 hours. The first 15 minutes was a generic Zoom interview- which I believe I did well on. Then the next hour was the "assessment"- you had 60 minutes to create a furniture delivery route for orders on a backlog. Other than a few specifications about the hypothetical situation, there were next to no instructions for how to complete the assessment in terms of formatting/organizing your information. After the hour, you get back on a call with the interviewer and share your screen so you can look over your route and explain your choices. After all of this, I was told by the woman who interviewed me that none of this would actually be part of my job. After this very long process, I was completely ghosted by the recruiter and never heard back from the company. Only apply here if you truly see yourself working for the company. Otherwise, it's a complete waste of time.
