Got an email from a recruiter maybe 2 weeks later. Was probably the hardest recruiter interview I had l, wasn’t just typical questions. Didn’t get a call back. It was also my first interview in a long time so I was nervous, interview was only 20 minutes

told me to wait 2 weeks for an answer, got ghosted, no follow up email or anything. Wasted my time doing countless interviews with diffierent hiring managers. very disorganized process.
