The process was of 3 rounds:
1. Aptitude test
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview
Aptitude test included both mathematics and grammar/vocab questions.
Group discussion topic was based on current trends.
Technical questions they asked related to Testing
HR Interview was just like normal ones

Entrevista
It was a walk in interview and there was no management at all. The interview was scheduled for 10 am and the panel arrived at 3. I got the chance to give interview at 7 PM and the interviewer was not at all interested in listening the answers.

It was the full day interview consisting of 2 rounds-Aptitude and Face to face.
Aptitude was bit easy and was the first filter criteria.
Second round was Face to face interview that was average and questions were normally from your fields only
