Had to complete an online test - a qa scenario. Then 2 telephone interviews - fairly detailed tech questions about creating a test plan, automation options. Called in for an interview 2 weeks later. They had a mixer the night before. All very casual. The actual interview process was very well organized - a series of 1:1 interviews with varying levels of technical/management/best practices questions. Thought I had done fairly well, although one of the interviews was quite rough. They called a few days later to say that I was not being offered a position. Too bad - a lot of very bright people work there.
