It was a pleasant phone interview, where we discussed my past experiences, and I asked many questions about the organisation, where the recruiter happily answered everything. I wondered the chances of me being successfully accepted for the position as the process required two more interviews. The recruiter told me not to worry as I was perfect for the role. However, he sent me to an interview with one of the company's senior operations manager. He also emailed me the job description and asked me to dress up smart as I would meet an important client. I thought ok I have no problem with that; as an experienced Manager, I always dressed smartly.
