Phone screen + Coding test + Interviews with who they referred to as "the steve jobs" of the team, the CEO, and another long time developer. The CEO suggested they'd have an offer by the next week. I only found out I didn't receive one when I emailed the office manager. Nobody got back to me with a reason or feedback. The interviews themselves were fine, but I wouldn't recommend working for this company.
