How I would deal with a situation where there is deadline and supervisor is not available to provide input before deadline
First you receive an email. Once you pass the criteria of experience and qualifications and the questionnaire, you receive an invitation for a phone interview. Once passed, you receive an invitation for ace-to-face interview.
