Ein Personalvermittler nahm Kontakt mit mir auf, nach ein paar Tagen hatte ich ein Telefoninterview mit ihr, eine Woche später ein Gespräch mit dem Einstellungsmanager, auch per Telefon. Ein paar Tage später ein zweites (oder drittes) Telefoninterview und dann wurde ich zum persönlichen On-Campus-Gespräch eingeladen. Das Bewerbungsgespräch verlief reibungslos, sehr ungezwungen und entspannt. Sie waren zu dritt: der Einstellungsmanager, die Person, die der Chef für diese Position sein würde und der Personalleiter. Das Interview dauerte eineinhalb Stunden und zum Schluss sagte man mir, dass ich innerhalb der nächsten 2-3 Wochen Bescheid bekommen würde. Das schien mir ein wenig lang. Ich warte immer noch.

Ich fragte den Einstellungsmanager, wie er die Leistung von Mitarbeitern bewerte, aber sie gaben die Frage an mich zurück und fragten mich, wie ich bewertet werden möchte und ob ich ständig über meine "tolle" Leistung gelobt werden müsste...oder so ähnlich.

Fairly long and difficult process, but I enjoyed it. I applied without a reference through their job posting. The first interview was a call with their internal recruiter, the second round was a virtual interview with the line managers for the position, the 3rd round was a virtual panel interview with the line managers + 2 other cross functional managers- I was required to prepare and present a case study in Power Point based on info they sent me 3 days prior, and finally the 4th interview was a virtual 1:1 with the director of the department.
Overall the experience was pretty pleasant and exciting. The interviewers were great people. The only downside is the process from start to finish is so long. It took almost 5 months to get my offer.
