The interview process was really easy . Group panel of 3 people ( two people didn't show up) Basic interview questions ex. Whats your favorite adidas model, Whats the most recent purchased you've made excluding yeezys .
Somewhat easy and straightforward process. Great communication from recruiters. Clear understanding of day to day tasks. Explained the hours, busy moments, and all the steps to succeed in the role.
Muy ameno e informado. La entrevista me parecio muy distendida y tranquila. Tuve visibilidad a lo largo de todo el proceso y eso me parece muy valorable. Volveria a participar del proceso

Two step process, had to create a presentation and present and then asked interviews questions and then had a practical Visual assessment in store. After all this I was ghosted and never given any feedback. Which I think is disappointing for a big brand like Adidas.
