Entrevista
Applied online and was called in for an interview about 4-5 days later. It was a group interview, and was asked the general retail/ customer service questions. It helps to have a knowledge of the brand, and of sports. The HR manager asked us questions for about 10 minutes, then the store manager came in, and familiarized us with his style of management, and what he expects as an employer. When the interview was over, we were told that those hired would be notified by the end of the day.

15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
