I just received an email about doing a video interview in June 2014. The questions are prerecorded and I was given 20 seconds to think about the response and 1 mins to answer.

The questions were very easy, just I needed to give my immediate feedback in limited time and my record couldn't be re-do.
Interview process took 10 months. Went through around 5 rounds, video capture, then face time, then face to face. Wasnt that great, they weren't quick to decide. They'll use your words against you if they want to get rid of you.
