      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa adidas.

      applied online for the digital analytics positions in Adidas twice. The first time appointment was made with HR and she referred me to the manager after the talk. I shared my availability and emphasized that Thursday is impossible as I had hospital visit. She promised to make the interview on Friday, so I didn't check the meeting invitation she sent. On Thursday, after my hospital visit, I saw her voice message in a very unpleasant tone and said "you'd better have good reason to explain why you didn't show up in the interview". I immediately realized that she must set me the wrong appointment time. Well, my bad that I didn't check. I called multiple times to reach her. In the end, she said "of course, health is more important." (my mind is like ????) and promised to talk with the manager. Nothing ever heard from her no matter how I called her or sent emails to her. Another application took place recently. HR reached me for a video call where she checked what I was capable of item by item. She said she will come back to me latest by Monday. Nothing heard and no reply to my inquiry email. :)

      Pergunta 1

      Very basic questions, like why this position, why quit previous work. They have a list of technical skills required for this position and they will ask your proficiency in it. However, as they don't know those technical skills much, they will ask in this way "how is your excel skill, excellent?". Define "excellent" please? Would be nice if these questions would be more specific and these types of questions can be easily incorporated in the application system.
