It was a screening interview over the phone. They asked basic questions such as introducing yourself, discussing your previous roles, and detailing your experience with testing, automation, and test activities.

Interview was taken by CDD team members and deputy MLRO and the interview was around 30 mins with a series of questions about behavioural and technical along with a skills test where I was given a task to identify issues and draft a mail on findings.
