Fiz uma entrevista na empresa alpitronic (Bolzano, Trentino-South Tyrol).
Entrevista
I applied through their website after seeing the role on LinkedIn. An HR contact reached out and scheduled an interview, which ended up being a single round with three people. They appeared engaged, but one of the first questions was about my current salary. For me, this was a major red flag, as it suggested they were more interested in anchoring low than discussing a transparent salary range aligned with the role.
I answered honestly and did my best during the interview. However, after that, communication simply stopped. Despite following up several weeks later — and despite being assured I would receive feedback regardless of the outcome — I never heard anything back.
Overall, the process felt unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates’ time. If a company cannot provide clarity on salary expectations and cannot deliver basic feedback after interviews, it raises serious questions about how they value people internally.
