The interview process was straight forward, HR and technical specialist joined the meeting, focused very strongly on aspects of my background that were inconsequential (such as the fact I worked on projects outside of work), asked me about my technical expertise with Kubernetes and Databases, gave me an overview of their architecture and tech stack. Overall their attitude during the interview left me with the a less than positive cultural impression, very traditional and dour, they present that they are very forward moving and use the latest technology, but from the discussions everything was rather the opposite.
