Aptitude testing - commercial & personality which were online and timed. Following a pass scored I was offered an in person interview which involved a presentation on my first 6 months in role and situational based questions. Plus some questions around my CV.

Competency based questions including questions assessing time management, communication, organisation skills. General questions including why apetito specifically, why the role and what motivated me to apply here, asked about CV and cover letter too.
