I had a disappointing technical interview. The interviewer was anonymous, didn’t introduce themselves, and didn’t turn on their video. The questions seemed outdated and were more focused on testing memory of syntax rather than problem-solving skills or conceptual understanding. The interviewer wasn’t happy with my answers and ended the interview abruptly, which left me with a negative impression of the team and company culture.
