The process begins with the typical human resources process. They send you a technical test where they ask you to do 4-6 exercises at a fairly technical level, which you have 4 days to complete. Then you have an interview with one of the TLs where they may ask you about your technical skills, questions related to seniority, leadership experience, etc. If you're lucky, they won't ask you about the challenge, but if you're not, you'll be asked about changes and behaviors related to it. Then you have an interview with the client. In my case, it wasn't technical; it was more of a conversation.
