Initial phone interview with a recruiter, and then a phone interview with direct manager for the position. Then setup an onsite for 6 hours with various interviews. Unfortunately the first time I showed up it was the wrong day, as they had told me the wrong day, and had me come back the next day. I did so. First interview was technical and went well. Then met with the direct manager who began by saying it was my job to prove to him I could handle the job. Proceeded to ask a series of questions, but had a general unpleasant and rude attitude during the whole process. At the end he gets up and says he is going to figure out what's going on. Then someone else comes in to say they are going to end the process, and showed me out. All around unprofessional, and not a place I would want to work (especially considering the location is in a basement)
