I was brought in by a recruiter. They have a very casual environment. In fact, the recruiter made it a point to mention that they were casual dress and not to over dress for the interview. Pretty much everyone who interviewed me was in jeans. The interview lasted about 4 hours. I met with all the members of the team, as well as HR, the VP and Director of the division. In total, I met with about 7 people. No difficult questions. They are very big on culture here. Lot's of 20-30 somethings. Most of the discussions and conversations revolved around culture (flexible hours, casual dress, beer fridges, big discount as BSC, etc.). Think Google type environment. Everyone who I interviewed with seemed to love working there.
