Entrevista
I applied for the position online and received an email from a Recruiter several days later asking to schedule a phone screen. After the Recruiter was 10 minutes late for the call, I sent her a note asking if she needed to reschedule. The Recruiter never responded, so the next day I checked my application status on the website and saw that it was changed to "No longer considered for this position."
I understand that things change, but it is incredibly unprofessional to just ghost a candidate. At a minimum, the Recruiter should have had the decency to cancel the interview and let the candidate know that the hiring manager is going in a different direction. This is a very poor reflection on athenahealth.

Entrevista
Had a 30 minute phone screen with the HR Recruiter, went well. One week later, had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager which also went well. Was brought in for an in person interview about two weeks after that, which lasted from 8:45am until 11am. Met with the Recruiter as well as four employees who would be directly working with the role. All interviews were one on one. Most people were friendly, one interviewer's phone made noise mid interview, they apologized then proceeded to pick up and check their phone while I spoke. Not sure if that person heard anything I was saying. Overall everyone was friendly and the basic interview questions were asked. Would have preferred everyone paying attention to my answers. Sent thank you emails the same day and had no emails or calls for over a week before receiving an email where I was told they went with someone else.
