applied a while ago through the online website, and was contacted 3 months later. I was given the opportunity to do an online video interview the first interview was done all on a pre-recorded video, and you had 2 minutes to record your response. I did not get a response back for 2 months after the interview. My overall experience was it took a really long time to get any feedback concerning your employment status. I never did get past the first video interview.

Ordinary initial HR meeting with basic questions (Tell me about yourself, why you are interested, salary range, etc) Was told that the interview went well and will follow up with me on the next day. I reached out to my interviewer and haven't received a response in weeks. I was then scheduled for another interview for a different position, and it was cancelled 2 minutes prior to the interview. I provided time availability to have it rescheduled, no answer. AFTER THAT, I was also offered to interview for ANOTHER position at this company, and they asked for my availability (in which I provided) and they never got back to me. What a terrible experience. I am glad I do not work for this organization and how they treat potential new employers.
