Entrevista
Two rounds. Both involved meeting with 4-5 people on the team. Questions were mostly typical behavioral questions/company fit questions. 2nd round was one-on-ones with higher ranking team members who asked more engaging questions than in the 1st round

What is the most unique quality about yourself? How will this uniqueness benefit the team?
Interview people were fine but won't follow up on time. Completely unprofessional after 6 interviews!! Have some decency to let the person know when they invested so much time. It doesn't take long to send one email.

Entrevista
Phone screen, one round of interview (would get decision after first interview). What threw me off was the automated “we have decided to go with other candidates” email. When you are at the final round of the interview, you would hope you get a personable message explaining why you didn’t get the job. Companies need to do better when rejecting applicants.

Made me go through 3 rounds without giving me an answer. Absolutely horrible communication skills from the recruiter and the hiring manager. Despite follow up emails she didn’t have the decency to reply to say if I was still in the consideration or not. Glad I didn’t end up working here.
