Round 1: I submitted responses to 5 questions online, via self-recorded video. I had 2 minutes to speak to each prompt. Round 2: On-site interview. Mine was via-skype instead. I met with three current associates. The majority of my questions were behavioral questions. I was also given time to ask any questions I had. I had a recruiter assisting me through the process

2 phone interviews. 1 with recruiter and 1 with hiring manager. A week later, scheduled a face to face interview with 8 team managers in groups of 2. 2 were face to face and 2 were via Skype. Length of time was about 2 hours. The entire interview process took about 2-3 weeks.
