HR reached out to me the same day I submitted my application, which made me very optimistic. A phone screen was scheduled for the next day. The HR rep was very pleasant and professional. We went over my resume, the reason I was looking for work and salary expectations. She also went over the interviewing process where next steps would be chatting with the hiring manager, his boss then maybe some members of the team. She also mentioned that she was meeting with the manager the same day and should have an update the very same afternoon on my application. I was not particularly happy with the fact the job required one day on campus which is only required for some teams in the company, it just happened that my team was one of them. The pay was a bit low for a Senior role but they do have bonus and other good benefits. I thought I would give them a try. We ended the call on a pleasant note and moved on. A week later, I realized that I hadn't heard back from the company. Then a couple weeks later I got the automated message stating that they won't be moving forward with my candidacy. I was not surprised and was, at this point, already interviewing for other roles.

Very easy! They get you through HR and then you meet with the team. Whole process takes about 2 hours with 30 minutes each interviewer. They talk about the role and what is expected as well as your past and why you qualify for the role.
