A friend referred me. It took a little over a week before I heard back. There were two phone screens, one with someone from the recruiting team and one with a manager on the data science team, followed by an on site interview. The recruiter is tasked with only a couple of teams so she definitely one what she was talking about. She also let me know exactly what to expect from each interview (a few verbal case studies and a project where I had about a week to prepare some analysis). There were no surprises.

Did an HR screening then came in to interview with 4 people on the team. Each interview was 30 minutes long and largely consisted of behavioral questions. Contacted by HR about the final step which was having coffee with manager of the team and discussing an excel project they assigned to me.
