A call from the HR where all the initial screening happens, if shortlisted you get to speak to the RSM and then the site Head who takes the final call after discussing with RSM

Firstly written test was conducted. Questions mainly focused on logical reasoning and data structures and also few technical questions regarding job profile. Personal interview was mainly focused on technical and problem solving skills. I was asked to write basic sql query and an the logic for Fibonacci series. Panel taking interview was very supportive and they recommended me even though i didn't knew fibonacci series exactly :P
