I was contacted by phone after filling up a form 6 months before during Career Fair in Montreal. I arrived 10 minutes before, and I had to wait looking around the office. I found this job through the University of Toronto Career Fair, where I dropped off my resume and was contacted by Aviya a couple months later. The interview consisted of a 30 behavioural interview conducted by HR and a 30 minute technical interview conducted by engineering.
