I was reached out to by their talent acquisition through LinkedIn. Simple interview. Two-thirds of the interviewer explained the company and the position one-third was a Q & A. Seemed like they had great benefits and a great culture. The interviewer was obviously nervous but professional. They explained the next steps and what to look out for, for a follow-up interview. However, there were no next steps. The interviewer followed the ghosting mentality - never responding to a thank you email and two follow-up messages. Extremely disappointed to see companies continue to reach out to individuals and proceed never to respond or give proper feedback.
