Online application. They called, setup interview at my conveience. Met at Starbucks since they have no offices closeby. Casual conversation, non-threatening. Obviously need good new hires, now! District Manager conducted interview, offered job at interview. Several weeks to get trained and complete new hire paperwork.

First interview was over the phone and then the second was online. Very friendly and informative with typical job interview questions. I had all my questions answered and felt completely comfortable during the interview process.
