Applied online with CV and Covering Letter and was invited to attend an assessment day at the Bet 365 stadium.
The assessment day was rather gruelling lasting from 9am-5:30pm. It consisted of a range of tasks including a tower building/negotiating task, a presentation with an hours prep, an interview, a numeracy test (addition/subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages) and a final negotiating task where we had to make our cases as to who we would save from a mine based upon a person specification.
It was one of the more challenging assessment centres i've attended, and I wasn't left with an overly positive impression of the company. I would suggest you only apply for this scheme if you are absolutely set on working within customer service and the gambling industry.

I had a virtual interview with the company where they indicated they would follow up soon. After two weeks with no communication, I reached out for an update. They responded, saying the position was still open and that they would definitely get back to me, though it could take a few more weeks to a month. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again.
Additionally, I applied to three other roles within the company and didn’t receive any confirmation that my applications were even received. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring process.

Group interview with mock scenarios. The company actually said after that they won't recruit more graduate trainees and the position is now closed. Two months later I got insight information from friends working in the company that one graduate has been hired without passing any kind of interview because he was a "direct reference from a senior manager". Don't bother!

Entrevista
It was okay. Not hard. Some technical questions were asked including odds calculation. I didn’t get offer despite answering correctly. It took around 10-15 minutes in my case. Was not stressfull, the interviewer was very nice and calm.
