I first went through a couple of interview for a different role which I was unsuccessful, however, I was put forward for another role, Junior MIS Developer. I first had a chat with the recruiter about the role and what to expect from the first interview. When the interview came, I had a Microsoft Teams call with the deputy manager and team leader. During this I had a general chat about what the role would entail and to let the interviewers get to know me a bit. Once this was finished and I was asked to attend the next interview, I was also asked to do some research into part of the technology I would be using during the role. The second interview was more focused on getting to know myself better and to do a bit test on how my research went, asking a number of technical questions about this subject. This interview was particularly good for getting more of a feeling of the type of relationships within the team.
