First round is phone screening for asking basic knowledge and experience. Second round is meeting with Team lead and HR for your experience, skill set, the work style, basic technical questions.

After the first stage of a phone conversation I travelled to a face to face in the office in Manchester. Standard interview: Going through CV, usual questions and a tech test which was really basic but would do the job of eliminating anyone who knew nothing without stressing them out in an interview. Whilst very nice and polite and talked clear about the department I couldn't seem to get out of the interviewers what the job would entail. This was when I started to get the impression there was no real job. Afterwards the agent didnt call me or return my calls so I'm guessing they knew there was no job.

Was a slow process that suited me perfectly. 1st was an interview with the recruiter. 2nd was the interview with the manager 3rd was a technical interview 4th was a personality interview The process suited my personality quite well, even though they were in somewhat hurry to find a replacement then they tried to give me the time I needed.
