Had 2 interviews, was offered the role. I Asked multiple people about the culture and couldn’t get an answer about how anyone celebrates success so was a red flag. Also asked for more money and was told ‘ I wouldn’t deliver value for 2 years, so no” then turned around and offered me more money anyway. I didn’t want to join a company where I wasn’t perceived to deliver value for 2 years so said no.
